Adapting the Balinese tradition, we combine our botanicals following the idea of Balinese "Loloh" (Traditional Balinese Herbal Drinks), where freshness meet spicy and earthy taste, and complemented with its authentic aroma.

Distillation is continuously monitored and completed through a slow heating process, in small batches, to ensure the character and quality of our final spirit. Our botanicals are slow cooking in the pot. Too much heat would result in a burnt flavor and leave the botanicals flavor behind to be disposed!
Every single bottle is checked, and labelled by hand, before being shipped across the archipelago. Unlike other Gin that are mass-produced, we have imagined each piece, from beginning to end and we want to extend those thoughtfulness to our customer, who appreciates all the effort and skill.
PROCESS
Arana Bali Gin is adapting the distillation process of London Dry Gin - international standardized Gin distillation process. What is most interesting about London dry Gins is the fact that everything has to be natural, and all botanicals — including the juniper — are added during the distillation process. EU laws also require London dry producers to forgo synthetic botanicals and add all botanicals during the distillation process, meaning no additional fancy flavors can be added after distillation — just water.
